Frame Tent                      VS

Pole Tent

Frame tents can be set up on all surfaces. They can be staked down or held down with weights. They have 4 poles with an over head center pole. Sidewalls can be added to either tent. 

Pole tents HAVE to be staked into the ground. They CANNOT be staked into concrete. They have perimeter poles with a center pole that goes from the top of the tent to the ground. 

Galary

*Reservations – We encourage you to reserve your items well in advance to avoid any unavailability’s. A 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve rental items *Payment – Full payment for all rental items and additional services, are due 1 week prior to event. Two weeks prior to event, cancellation penalties will be assessed. *Delivery – Delivery is available at a fee throughout the metro area. Our minimum delivery fee is $110 to $150 & includes pick up during store hours. *Pick up – Tables and chairs must be knocked down and stacked ready for pick up. All items need to be in a single location and ready for pickup. Items not meeting to these conditions are subject to additional fees. *Set up – Set up and take down services are available at an additional cost if arranged for in advance. If no arrangements are made and this service is desired on delivery, our drivers must call for authorization. *Loss or Damage – Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessor from the time of delivery or pickup to the time of return. Please secure equipment properly when not in use and to protect from weather. We do charge for missing, broken, burned, or damaged items.
